CollectiveGreat to have you on board. This page is the one thing I need from your side before the build starts: your existing materials, so the ecosystem learns your voice, your clients and your way of working from day one. The shelves are already set up. Drop files straight onto this page and they land in our shared TOML Ecosystem folder on Google Drive. Messy is fine; partial is fine.
Eight shelves, one for each part of TOML's world. Click a shelf to see what goes on it, then drag files from your Mac onto the drop area (or click it to browse). Tick each line off as it's covered; your ticks are saved on this page, so you can come back any time. Prefer Drive itself? Open the shared folder and drop files there; the shelves match one to one.
One note on finance. Project pricing documents are fine here. Anything finance-sensitive beyond that (company accounts, payroll, margins) should stay out of these shelves. We'll set up a separate management-only space for that side later, exactly as you asked.
Only two things, both quick. I'll guide everything else on the call itself.
Make sure your Claude subscription is active: the plan we discussed. That's the engine the ecosystem runs on.
Install it on your Mac, signed into the Google account I've shared the TOML Ecosystem folder with. Just install it; we'll set it up together.
I get to work as they arrive. No need to wait until every shelf is full.
Your workspace with per-client voice built in, the deck flow for Mimi and Sherry, the proposal library, meeting notes into actions, and quality checks that learn from your examples. It also sets up the Drive structure and naming discipline you asked about, so the filing system and the ecosystem are one and the same thing.
Screen share, about an hour. We set up your Mac together and produce something real on the call, from your actual materials, so you leave with a win rather than a manual.
You correct it in one line whenever it gets something wrong, and I fold those corrections in. Updates reach you as a single sentence:
"apply the update"The dashboard for the wider team comes after that, built on what by then will be real, living data.
Once version one lands, your permanent workspace will look like this. You don't need to build any of it; it arrives ready.
Live work for Siebert, Unusual Whales and Sapore Vero, each in its own voice.
Your own brand and the Journal.
A living status page per client. The seed of your team dashboard.
Each person's running to-do list and the corrections that make it sharper.
Each person's drafting space for work in progress.
Plus the machinery under the hood: the house rules, the per-client voice guides, the templates and the quality reviewers. All of it updates itself through that one sentence, and none of it ever needs you to touch a line of anything technical.
